    What is ACE? The Advancing Careers and Employment (ACE) initiative is a program designed for Recently Returning Citizens to learn industry skills and enter long-term career employment. The ACE program pairs participants with Employment Specialists who help participants decide which career best fits their skills and desires and work together to achieve their education and employment goals.
