Rochelle Perry has worked in nonprofit on behalf of people with arrest and criminal records since 1995—linked to the mission of Safer Foundation; Project Return in New Orleans, Louisiana; Chicago Legal Advocacy to Incarcerated Mothers (CLAIM) and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois.  Rochelle joined Safer in 2004 and has served as Policy Field Educator and Organizer, Interim Director of Public Policy, Program Manager and then Director for Safer Return –a demonstration initiative, Director of Client Services, Senior Director, MREN and currently as Associate Vice President, Core Programs.

During her five years with Project Return, Rochelle became a trained facilitator of the M. Scott Peck Community Building model through the Foundation for Community Encouragement (FCE) and facilitated community building workshops in New Orleans, New York, Nashville, Chicago, and Los Angeles County Juvenile Hall for Community Transitions, and Guelph, Canada.  Rochelle holds a MBA from University of Phoenix and a BBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Robert Morris College.  She has served as a Board Member for CLAIM, the National Network for Women in Prison (NNWP), and Comforting Others Needing Salvation (CONS).
